The Polynesian Spa is an institution in Rotorua and has been a magnet for visitors for centuries to relax, heal and treat themselves whilst in Rotorua. There are two different public areas to choose from: Pavilion Pools or the Deluxe Lake Spa. Both of them are great, however much quieter at the Deluxe Lake Spa. In the Deluxe Lake Spa, all products are provided (shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, towels) and you’ll find an area with loungers, which are geothermally heated to sit back and relax. Both of the options offer multiple pools to move around with different temperature settings.
Wai-o-Tapu is a great experience and definitely a popular choice amongst them, who would like to see a geyser and the colours of our geothermal area. It features the big colourful Champagne Pool, intense sulphur pools and different craters and mud pools. You will be able to see the Lady Knox Geyser erupting at 10.15 am. The park is approximately 30 km out of Rotorua.
Skyline is an all age, all weather attraction. The gondola will take you Mt Ngongotaha, which is 487m above sea level. From the top you can relax and take in the panoramic views of the city, lake, Mokoia Island, Mt Tarawera and surrounding areas. The activities on offer on top of the mountain are: the Luge, a fun filled gravity ride on 3-wheeled carts, the Skyswing for more adrenaline or the Zoom Zipline. Our special includes: Skyline Gondola, 2 x Luge Rides and the Skyswing for $69 per person.
