Q: What happens if I have paid and can no longer attend? Do you offer refunds?

A: If you need to cancel your registration for the RACP Congress 2024 for any reason, you must notify RACP by email at racpcongress@racp.edu.au as soon as possible.

Q: Will RACP Congress 2024 count towards my CPD requirements?

A: By attending RACP Congress 2024, your participation will be recorded and verified for your 2024 MyCPD summary. This streamlined process will ensure your attendance is officially recognised and contributes to your CPD requirements.

Q: Can I attend a session not applicable to my specialty?

A: Yes, all sessions are available to you and included in your registration.

Q: I did not receive a confirmation email.

A: Confirmation emails can take up to one hour to be delivered to your inbox. If you have still not received your confirmation email after this time, please check your spam folder, and if not there, please contact the RACP Congress Secretariat: racpcongress@racp.edu.au

Q: Can I watch Congress online?

A: We are not offering a virtual experience at RACP Congress 2024. Some sessions may be recorded and will be available on Medflix approximately one week after RACP Congress 2024.
