Frequently Asked Questions

Ticket prices depend on your eligibility. RACP Fellow registration is AUD$110, RACP trainee registration is AUD$30, general practitioner registration is AUD$140, allied health registration is AUD$60 and nurse registration is AUD$60. All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.
The Advanced Trainees' Meeting is only open to RACP trainees to attend and tickets are AUD$30, inclusive of GST.
You must notify RACP by email at events@racp.edu.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration for the Event for any reason. If you have paid a registration fee and you notify RACP of a cancellation by email: (i) more than 60 days prior to the first day of the Event, RACP will refund the registration fee in full; (ii) at least 60 days, and more than 20 days, prior to the first day of the Event, RACP will refund 80% of the registration fee; and (iii) less than 20 days prior to the first day of the Event, no refund will be payable by RACP. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The College must be advised of the transfer in writing. Please email the name, position, phone and email address of the new delegate. There will be no refunds for any items purchased by the original delegate.
No, both the AChSHM ASM and ATM events are virtual events, held fully online, allowing you to join in from the comfort of your home.
Yes, all ASM sessions and presentations will be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing for up to four months post-event, for ticket holders only.
No, if you wish to attend the AChSHM ASM event, you must purchase a ticket before the event date. Only ticket holders will be able to access the ASM on-demand recordings.
If you have already attended an RACP event in the past, you can log in using the same details (email address with password/PIN). Your contact details will be pre-filled for you. Please fill out any additional information that is required and it will save to your profile for next time. If you haven't already attended a RACP event in the past, please create a new account. If you are unsure, please email events@racp.edu.au and we will check to see if you already have a pre-existing account.
You can reset your password by clicking the "forgot password" button on the sign-in page.
